{"id":19,"date":"2022-02-16T14:48:40","date_gmt":"2022-02-16T14:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/internationalweek.ipportalegre.pt\/?page_id=19"},"modified":"2026-02-10T12:42:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T12:42:00","slug":"applications-registrations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/internationalweek.uportalegre.pt\/2026\/applications-registrations\/","title":{"rendered":"Applications\/Registrations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:30px\"><i class=\"fas fa-file-signature\"><\/i> Application to International Week 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">To apply for the International Week, please&nbsp;<strong>contact&nbsp;<a><\/a><a href=\"mailto:gri@ipportalegre.pt\">gri@ipportalegre.pt<\/a><\/strong>, who will provide the link for the official application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The application through this link is\u00a0<strong>mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0to participate in the International Week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The link will\u00a0<strong>only be sent after the Erasmus mobility process has been completed<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>after verification of the number of allocated spots for each university<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Institutions that are part of EU4Dual<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 no prior approval required; standard procedure applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partners outside the European Union with existing protocols<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 these must have previously confirmed participation with the Pro-President for Internationalization, Mobility, External Relations, and Cooperation (<a href=\"mailto:mariajma@ipportalegre.pt\">mariajma@ipportalegre.pt<\/a>) before submitting the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This application must\u00a0<strong>faithfully reflect your participation<\/strong>.
